Qualifications

• BS in construction-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years construction-related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimating and planning support personnel.
• Monitor project budgeting and buy-out processes for reliable estimate data.
• Communicate cost history to improve pricing insights for estimates.
• Interface with marketing to consider relevant information and brand impact.
• Assist in evaluating and executing new scopes of services and profit centers.
