Job summary

Milender White, a leading construction firm, is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase for Denver-Metro and Southern California projects. The role focuses on estimating, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling to ensure profitable outcomes.

You will work with owners and consultants to explore construction options, manage risk, and develop execution plans, while coordinating with teams to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate risk and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conceptual estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to keep costs in check.
• Develop project execution plans and prepare preconstruction reports.
• Lead prequalification and procurement processes.
• Prepare and maintain Project Risk & Opportunity registers.
