Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Denver, CO to lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering for civil infrastructure projects. You will review project plans, identify risks, develop detailed bid proposals, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver winning bids.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is required.
• 8–10 years in preconstruction/estimating roles within civil infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex preconstruction projects and profitable bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage preconstruction including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Review plans to identify risks, opportunities, and constructability issues.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals with detailed cost breakdowns and subcontractor scopes.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and refine bid development.
• Negotiate with subcontractors for competitive pricing aligned with schedules.
• Present bid proposals and preconstruction strategies to clients.
