Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive preconstruction and estimating experience in civil infrastructure.
• Proficiency with estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid, B2W Estimate) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction process including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Review plans and contract documents to identify risks, opportunities, and constructability issues.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals with cost breakdowns and subcontractor scopes.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams; conduct site visits as needed.
• Mentor estimators and stay current with industry trends and costs.
