Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management is required; PE license is a plus.
• 3–5+ years engineering, estimating, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and bid processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and estimates for construction projects in preconstruction.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and organize estimates for end users.
• Coordinate bid process with subcontractors and suppliers to maximize coverage.
• Develop project schedules and sequencing for various work activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support transfer of projects to operations with thorough handover and documentation.
