Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with substantial estimating.
• Experience managing preconstruction for complex commercial, healthcare, or education projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, value engineering, GMP delivery, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from conceptual planning through GMP and turnover to operations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams on goals and budgets.
• Prepare conceptual to construction-document estimates and cost models.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, bid leveling, and pricing reviews.
• Develop detailed budgets and value-engineering logs; identify risks early.
