F.A. Wilhelm Construction is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator in Carpentry to lead budgeting, estimating, and procurement for construction projects. The role involves reviewing quotes, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and managing material procurement from award through closeout.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rough/finish carpentry, millwork, or doors, frames and hardware, plus 2–5 years in general construction. A.S./B.S.

A Project Manager/Estimator in our carpentry division will review and prepare budgets, estimates, and solicit/evaluate quotes from suppliers/subcontractors for construction projects. Upon award, they will be responsible for the procurement of all materials for the project. A background with carpentry (Rough & Finish Carpentry, Millwork & Casework, and/or Doors, Frames, & Hardware) is preferred but not required.
