This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic thought leadership, supporting RFP/RFI responses, industry insight, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales support experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke solutions from discovery sessions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to industry challenges.
• Collaborate on proposals including scope, architecture, timelines.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and deployment best practices.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Support sales during RFP/RFI and deliver client presentations.
• Maintain industry awareness and competitive positioning for offerings.
• Ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery and participate in risk assessment.
