You will build trust through transparent appraisals, conduct vehicle walkarounds, and present competitive offers while partnering with Sales, Service, and Management to uncover opportunities.

The role requires strong negotiation, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase quality pre-owned vehicles directly from customers.
• Build trust and establish rapport with customers during appraisals.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and evaluate condition, history, and market value.
• Explain the appraisal process clearly and present competitive offers.
• Negotiate purchases maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Management teams to identify opportunities.
• Follow up with customers after appraisals to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
