Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• Comfort with commission-based pay structure.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to showroom visitors.
• Maintain and/or exceed sales goals as required by the dealer.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features, application process, and dealership benefits to prospects.
• Lead tours of the facility and describe upgrades or optional equipment.
• Build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Navigate objections to close sales and complete the sales process per dealership requirements.
• Update the CRM with customer interactions and activity.
