Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
• Represents the service line during recruitment, communicating provider needs and monitoring triggers.
• Focuses on consumer experience via oversight of performance and escalating complaints.
• Delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership development conversations and training compliance.
• Ensures workflow optimization for providers and staff with accountable performance.
• Manages disciplinary actions and rounds with providers and staff.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Responsible for financial growth and overall financial performance of practices.
• Collaborates with facilities and purchasing for capital planning.
