The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of supervisory experience in physician practices, and strong skills in billing, coding, and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Billing and coding experience preferred.
• Patient care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital and physician billing and coding.
• BLS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple physician practices to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.
• Coordinate start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Manage operations, staffing, training, and workflow across practices.
• Lead hiring, performance evaluations, and employee relations per policy.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain staff engagement.
• Oversee budgets, revenue cycle, and cash flow for departments.
• Provide oversight of patient care delivery and quality assurance.
