AdventHealth Maitland is seeking a healthcare leadership professional to oversee provider templates, monitor productivity, and coordinate recruitment across multiple practices within the service line.

You will drive clinical quality, manage budgets, and collaborate with facilities and staff to align operations with mission-driven goals, ensuring patient safety and exceptional service.

• Experience in finance and accounting with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget.

• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in coding, billing, and reimbursement.
• Ability to build relationships with medical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization, monitoring productivity to determine need to add or consolidate providers.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety, overseeing licenses, certifications, and inspections.
• Represents the service line during recruitment, communicating needs for new providers and monitoring triggers.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight of performance and escalation of complaints.
• Leads team development conversations and ensures mandatory training compliance.
• Ensures workflow optimization and accountability for service line performance.
• Manages disciplinary actions and conducts rounds with providers and staff.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Drives financial growth and overall financial performance of practices within service lines.
• Involves capital planning and collaborating on space planning for growth and learners.
• Partners with facilities and purchasing on capital forms and committee presentations.
• Collaborates on strategic and operational plans across departments.
