Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Practice Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making, performance, and customer engagement. This role collaborates with the InSite Data Solutions portfolio to produce recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.

The analyst supports requirements gathering, testing, and enhancements while ensuring data products are accurate, usable, and aligned to business needs.

Qualifications

• Broad training in business, analytics or healthcare analytics with a four-year degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis/BI/reporting
• Experience with commercial data and analytic products is required
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, or related analytics preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted reporting and analysis for internal and external audiences
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and visualizations to support decision-making
• Perform data mining to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Prepare recurring monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
• Translate business questions into data requirements and outputs
• Present analysis with clear storytelling and visuals
• Recommend improvements to reporting and analytics processes
• Support analytics product development lifecycle and issue resolution
