The role develops dashboards and reports, partnering with product owners and senior analysts to deliver analytics solutions that improve usability and value realization of data products. Strong BI skills and healthcare analytics experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in analytics or related field.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, data visualization, or analytics support.
• Experience with commercial data and analytic products is required; healthcare/pharmacy analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support product development lifecycle with data discovery, design, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with analytics teams, IT, and business users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and governance-friendly analytics outputs.
