Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Practice Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support decision-making, performance, and analytics-driven improvements across the Practice Insights and InSite Data Solutions portfolio. You will develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of data analysis, BI, reporting, or analytics support.
• Experience with commercial data and analytic products.
• Healthcare/pharma analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide concise, targeted BI reporting and analysis for internal and external audiences.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Perform data mining to identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and outputs.
• Present analysis with clear data storytelling.
• Suggest improvements to dashboards and analytics processes.
