Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions to translate business needs into actionable analytics specifications and delivery plans. You will collaborate across client services, product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams to ensure aligned requirements and timelines for AI-driven solutions.

You will refine requirements, maintain documentation, participate in backlog discussions, and drive reliable delivery while improving analysis practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4+ years in technical business analysis or data analytics
• 3+ years SQL and Python
• 2+ years DevOps
• 2+ years hands-on with GenAI / LLM applications
• Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask)
• Strong prompt engineering knowledge
• Familiarity with RAG concepts for data retrieval
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and user requirements to craft actionable specifications for AI and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with client services, product, engineering, and architecture teams to align on scope and dependencies.
• Evaluate solution options by analyzing value, feasibility, risk, and enterprise standards to recommend approaches.
• Document requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for clear communication.
• Participate in backlog discussions, translate requirements into structured inputs.
• Improve requirement methods to increase reliability of AI solution delivery.
• Identify and resolve data/reporting issues through systematic analysis.
• Work with teams to develop strategies for using AI in BI and analytics.
• Analyze user feedback to refine prompts and improve AI user experience.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of API functionalities into systems.
