The Practice Insights Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making, operational performance, customer engagement, and analytics-enabled business process improvements across the Practice Insights and InSite Data Solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Product Owner - InSite Data Solutions, this role develops, maintains, and analyzes recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders while helping ensure that InSite data products remain accurate, usable, and aligned to business needs.
This role works closely with the Lead - InSite Analytics Program and the Senior Analyst - Pharmacy Enablement, serving as an integral analyst within the broader Practice Insights team by supporting requirements gathering, issue investigation, solution testing, reporting enhancements, and stakeholder-facing analytics deliverables. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business process understanding, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Full time Salary Range* $73,600 - 147,290
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
