Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in energy industry with contract or asset management experience.
• Experience with regulatory issues related to power procurement or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer long-term power purchase agreements and related documents between utilities and IPPs.
• Support development of new model contracts and coordinate with legal counsel on amendments and metering/billing agreements.
• Manage contract terms, monitor compliance, and provide governance for IPP facilities.
