Job summary

PPL Corporation seeks a Contract Administrator to manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for materials, equipment and services across the power generation fleet. This entry‑level role supports high‑impact procurements and may mentor others as experience grows.

You will draft and edit contracts, NDAs and IT protection agreements, and work with the Legal Department to optimize risk mitigation while delivering cost‑effective results. Travel to facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of sourcing experience or more.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for fleet safety, operations, engineering, construction and maintenance.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate and draft service, material and equipment contracts; include NDAs and IT protection agreements.
• Own procurement process from cradle to grave for assigned initiatives.
