Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Legal Studies, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues and drive assignments to completion with limited oversight.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills with stakeholders outside contracts.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (CRM/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities for complex projects and commercial transactions across the USA.
• Negotiate and execute complex commercial agreements including Supply and Service Agreements and Amendments.
• Interpret contract policies and maintain documentation in the contract database.
• Assess risk, mitigate, and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle and coordinate approvals, strategy, and execution.
• Improve contract formation and management processes with templates and policies.
• Advise stakeholders on complex contractual matters and risk considerations.
