Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in energy, with contract/asset management and power procurement exposure.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in regulator affairs, contract law, or system planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiation of long-term power purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Monitor contract terms; ensure counterparty compliance and governance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to bring projects online.
• Develop relationships with IPPs and resolve contract issues.
• Assist with regulatory filings and data requests; draft testimony.
