Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Power Plant Operations, Corporate units, and subsidiaries. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to craft strategy, source passive talent, and manage end-to-end hiring to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining candidate experience in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in technical, operational, or professional roles.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to shape hiring strategy.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
