Job summary

Molex is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers across POC labs, Advanced Manufacturing, and operations projects. You will help build action plans, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure clear communication among cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes documenting milestones, preparingReports, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to drive on-time, high-quality project execution. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools for data tracking and presentations.
• Experience with project schedules, milestones, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers by building and maintaining action plans (resources, timelines, budgets).
• Coordinate project activities and serve as interface between team members and managers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (schedules, budgets, reports).
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and follow up.
