Job summary

Molex is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers across Proof of Concept labs, Advanced Manufacturing, and operations initiatives. You will help build plans, manage schedules, maintain documentation, and coordinate meetings to keep programs moving.

You will work with cross-functional teams, track milestones and budgets, and escalate risks to ensure on-time, quality execution. Travel up to 10% and a commitment to collaboration are valued at Molex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet or similar.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 for presentations and data tracking.
• Experience with project schedules, documentation, tracking milestones, and status reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in building and maintaining action plans (resources, timelines, budgets).
• Coordinate project activities and serve as an interface between team members and managers.
• Maintain accurate, current, and accessible project documentation (schedules, budgets, and reports).
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and drive follow-up.
• Track milestones and deliverables to support on-time, quality project execution.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation on planning and elevate isses as appropriate.
• Provide day-to-day coordination support for Proof of Concept labs, Advanced Technology, and Operations Project Management execution needs.
