Job summary

Molex is seeking a project management leader to oversee and execute programs in the Datacomm & Specialty Solutions Division's operations and manufacturing engineering organization. You will manage Proof of Concept lab projects and other initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering value to customers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and driving digital transformation within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of portfolio management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Project management in Proof of Concept Lab and other initiatives.
• Project schedule development according to dependencies and priorities.
• Lead cross functionally through the execution, monitoring and achievement of project plan from Proof of Concept lab using Project Management methodologies.
• Proactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize project risks associated with cost, quality, and timing.
• Communicate status of assigned projects to internal and external stakeholders and elevate barries when identified.
• Review design packages, manufacturing designs, and processes with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools.
• Support digital transformation within the factory.
