At Molex, growth in our Datacom & Specialty Solutions business is creating new opportunities to scale operations, expand manufacturing capacity, and bring innovative products to market faster than ever before. We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to serve as the critical link between Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, global manufacturing sites, and across Business Units within the division.
In this newly created role, you will oversee a portfolio of strategic manufacturing, capacity expansion, and product commercialization initiatives supporting one of Molex's fastest-growing businesses. You will help prioritize multimillion-dollar investments, align global operations resources, and provide executive visibility into operations portfolio performance, enabling Molex to deliver critical solutions for the world's leading data center and hyperscale customers.
You will join the Division Portfolio Project Management team within Molex's Datacom & Specialty Solutions Division, partnering with business leaders, operations, manufacturing engineering, product management, and finance teams across the globe.
As the organization continues to scale, this newly created position will play a key role in shaping portfolio management processes, driving operational execution, and influencing future growth strategies across the division.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
