Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst (Operations and Policy Analyst 3) in Salem to oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. You will manage all stages of the project lifecycle, ensure alignment with priorities and deadlines, and drive efficient use of resources through established PM methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of evaluative, analytical, and planning work, with PMP/OPMCP preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field with four years of professional evaluative, analytical and planning experience.
• Seven years of professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work may substitute for education.
• Project management experience and PMP/OPMCP are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, deadlines and resources.
• Facilitate collaboration and clear communication among stakeholders.
