Job summary

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to lead high‑risk initiatives from initiation through closeout. The role includes developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and controls, and guiding cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Applicants should have 7+ years of PM experience or PMP/OPMA certification, and strong communication and risk management skills. This position is remote with Oregon residency preferred and public service benefits.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional level experience related to the class concept or equivalent.
• PMI PMP or OPMA certifications are preferred.
• Experience with state government procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive or high-risk project plans, budgets, schedules, and controls.
• Lead decision-making for requirements, design, testing, training, and start-up operations.
• Manage risks, stakeholders, and communications to meet client goals.
