OREGON YOUTH AUTHORITY is seeking a PMO Analyst to strengthen how technology projects are planned, governed, and delivered across the state. The role develops standardized project management processes, governance, and portfolio reporting to ensure IT initiatives align with agency priorities and youth safety efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of IT project management or related work.
• Alternative: five years of IT project management, portfolio admin, or governance.
• Strong writing, analysis, and facilitating diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle IT project management from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain and analyze project portfolio, dashboards and KPIs.
• Administer PMO governance including intake and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO templates and processes.
• Coordinate with business units, IS teams and vendors.
