Job summary

SHRM is seeking a Strategy & Portfolio Product Manager to drive portfolio strategy, evaluation, and optimization across the product suite. You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop business cases, and guide new product validation from concept to scale.

Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Portfolio, you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Research teams to translate insights into actionable moves while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years in product management, strategy, or portfolio management.
• Experience conducting market research, customer discovery, and business-case development.
• Proven ability to develop and validate products or services and translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional portfolio and product strategy initiatives from planning to completion.
• Develop analyses, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive new product development, validation, and path-to-scale with stakeholders.
