Job summary
SHRM is seeking a Management & Leadership Solutions Product Manager to lead development, delivery, and continuous improvement of SHRM’s leadership programs. You will translate product strategies and customer needs into scalable offerings that grow managers, leaders, teams, and organizations.
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will partner with Strategy, Instructional Design, Marketing, Technology/LXP, and Operations to launch and optimize solutions across cohorts, digital and live formats
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of product management, leadership development, adult learning, and lifecycle practices.
- Ability to translate customer needs into concrete requirements and plans.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Strategy, Marketing, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts and strategies into clear product requirements and launch-ready offerings.
- Lead development and launch of management and leadership products addressing customer needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with instructional design, facilitators, and SMEs to create engaging leadership experiences.
