Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or leadership development roles.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience managing products through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience with cohort-based, instructor-led, digital, blended, or enterprise learning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved concepts into clear product requirements, plans, and launch-ready offerings.
• Lead development and launch of management and leadership products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Develop product requirements, milestones, timelines, risks, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with Marketing, Audience, Technology/LXP, Operations, Sales, and others.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions for timely launches.
• Manage ongoing performance, quality, and relevance of products throughout their lifecycle.
