SHRM is seeking a Learning Solutions Product Manager to drive development, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of SHRM’s professional learning products. The role translates approved strategies and customer needs into scalable learning experiences for HR professionals and organizations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Instructional Design, SMEs, instructors, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, accessible, and high-quality learning solutions aligned with business

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in product management or related field.
• Experience translating customer and learner needs into requirements and development plans.
• Experience managing products through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience delivering learning products across digital, instructor-led, and blended modalities.
• Experience working with learning technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved concepts and strategies into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Lead development and launch of assigned learning products addressing audience needs and business goals.
• Define milestones, timelines, risks, and success measures; manage dependencies.
• Partner with instructional design, SMEs, instructors, and other stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Technology/LXP, Operations, Sales, and other partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions to ensure timely launches.
