Futura Search Partners is partnering with a rapidly scaling developer of large-scale digital infrastructure to appoint a Portfolio Manager who will own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-gigawatt portfolio of third-party leased and powered shell sites, from LOI through construction handoff to operations.

• Built and run program management infrastructure for a large, concurrent portfolio.
• Designed a stage-gate framework from scratch and enforced it across teams.
• Managed 20+ workstreams with clear schedule readouts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-gigawatt portfolio.
• Design and maintain milestone framework tracking from LOI to operations.
• Coordinate with third-party developers, construction, utilities, and finance.
• Provide handoff discipline with complete documentation and clear timelines.
