Job summary

Futura is seeking a senior construction PM to own master schedules, budgets, and change-order governance for multi-site data center builds. You will drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on rapid playbook creation and scalable processes.

You will lead integrated design, procurement, construction, and commissioning efforts, reporting EV metrics weekly while owning risk and contracts from RFP to close-out.

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction PM with large, technically complex, multi-site programs.
• Owns budget and schedule with real accountability, not just tracking status.
• Builds playbooks and avoids red tape and bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning (P6 / MS Project).
• Manage project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance with weekly EV reporting.
• Lead phase-gate and design reviews, RACI ownership, and full contract lifecycle from RFP to close-out.
• Identify long-lead/critical-path risks and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams: PMs, construction managers, superintendents.
