Job summary

Fluence is seeking a seasoned VP, PMO to lead the global Program Management Office and drive execution of the company’s product portfolio. The role requires coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery within budgets and with operational readiness for commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of leadership in PMO, PM, or Product Operations.
• Experience leading global product development programs across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term PMO strategy aligned with BU strategy, product roadmap, and business objectives.
• Establish the global PMO operating model governing execution across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Success.
• Develop long-term investment strategies supporting PMO capabilities, integrated planning systems, dashboards, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Drive executive visibility into portfolio health, resource utilization, and program risks.
• Lead organizational development including workforce planning and leadership development within the PMO.
