Flexential is seeking a senior program manager to oversee cross-functional real estate operations for multi-site deployments, including data centers and large-scale retrofits. You will coordinate IT, Network, Security, Interiors, and corporate real estate teams to embed requirements into designs and manage schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of project administration or program management experience in construction, data centers, or a highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency with enterprise PMIS systems (e.g., Procore), data tracking tools (e.g., MS Project), and blueprint markup applications (e.g., Bluebeam).
• Experience building process flows, utilizing digital project management tools, and generating KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination to embed requirements into drawings and deployments.
• Oversee technical due diligence, permitting, and long-lead procurement with vendors and GC partners.
• Aggregate site-level data into a corporate portfolio dashboard and provide KPI reports.
• Package, index, and archive historical construction assets and enforce metadata standards.
