Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC seeks a Business Solutions Manager to coordinate business and technology initiatives across the Contact Center Technology and Communications portfolio. You will align operations, product management, and enterprise teams to advance strategic initiatives in customer experience and efficiency.

You will translate priorities into coordinated plans, manage risks and dependencies, track progress, and ensure teams have the information and decisions needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years coordinating complex business and technology initiatives.
• Experience across mortgage servicing, financial services, or contact center environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the Contact Center Technology and Communications portfolio.
• Own initiative plans, milestones, risks, decisions, and progress updates.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Partner with product managers and technical leads to coordinate delivery.
• Monitor initiative effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
