CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for Contact Center Technologies. The role coordinates large cross-functional initiatives, aligning business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver value across the Contact Center and Communications portfolio.

The manager translates priorities into execution plans, identifies risks, and ensures teams have the resources and decisions needed to advance initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years coordinating complex business and technology initiatives.
• Ability to align business priorities with execution plans across multiple teams.
• Experience working with product management, IT, operations, and legal.
• Strong ability to identify risks, dependencies, and drive actions to resolution.
• Proven track record of delivering initiatives on schedule and within scope.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio coordination across Contact Center Tech and Communications portfolio.
• Own cross-functional execution plans and track milestones and risks.
• Lead stakeholder alignment discussions with leaders, product, IT, and operations.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with product management and tech leads on requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest process improvements.
