Job summary

Two Harbors Investment Corp. is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to direct and manage enterprise systems for the mortgage operations at RoundPoint. You will oversee sourcing, administration and operation of technology solutions used by customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to set goals, identify solutions and build strong working relationships to drive value and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, business, finance or related field.
• Experience leading complex technology projects in a mortgage servicing environment.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives, manage budgets, timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technological aspects of key operational systems of record (e.g., Core Loan Servicing, imaging, SBX).
• Lead solutioning, testing, implementation and operation of technical systems, vendor-provided or in-house.
• Ensure integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors and maintain SLAs.
• Drive lifecycle initiatives to support revenue opportunities and cost savings.
• Coordinate with compliance to maintain regulatory alignment.
