CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for MSP & Systems of Record to drive the strategy, operation, and management of core enterprise systems within RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. You will oversee system sourcing, administration, and vendor relations, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions.

The role requires IT leadership experience in mortgage servicing, strong project execution, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and service providers in mortgage servicing or lending.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical aspects of key operational systems of record, including core loan servicing platforms.
• Partner to create, maintain, test, implement, and operate technical systems, vendor-provided or in-house.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors.
• Lead the business solutions process across the lifecycle to support new revenue or cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps with IT leadership aligned to senior leadership goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to train personnel and drive product evolution across the organization.
