RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to coordinate and advance business and technology initiatives across the Contact Center and Communications Technology portfolio within the Customer Experience & Technology organization. You will align business priorities with execution plans and manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure initiatives progress effectively.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or related technical field.
• 5+ years coordinating complex business and technology initiatives.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or contact center environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio coordination across business, technology, operations and enterprise stakeholders.
• Serve as central owner for cross-functional initiatives with clear responsibilities and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain execution plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead discussions to align expectations, resolve issues, and maintain forward momentum.
• Identify cross-functional risks and mitigate with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with product managers and technical leads across requirements, testing, deployment and post-implementation.
• Evaluate portfolio effectiveness and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Support portfolio planning and coordinate activities to advance strategic objectives.
• Coordinate readiness activities including training, communications, and implementation planning.
• Monitor progress and outcomes, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Prepare concise leadership updates on status, milestones and risks.
• Maintain governance and documentation for scope, timelines, and decisions.
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners to align activities and support implementations.
• Partner with compliance and risk to ensure requirements are embedded in planning.
