Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive OneEdge portfolio success by aligning business priorities with product management, architecture, and technology delivery. You will work with regional and global stakeholders to resolve challenges and advance adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

The role emphasizes governance, executive communications, and strategic oversight across multiple portfolios in a global EY ecosystem. Hybrid work and strong compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience, or a graduate degree with ~7+ years experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio success by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and address business and technical challenges.
• Maintain visibility across portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and adoption progress.
• Represent the portfolio in governance forums and executive reviews, providing insights into progress and value realization.
• Lead governance and decision-making across OneEdge capabilities.
