Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Portfolio Manager for the OneEdge platform to connect business priorities, product management, and technology delivery across regional and global teams. You will align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business value in a complex, AI-enabled environment.

You will work with executives and stakeholders to balance competing pressures, drive governance, and advance portfolio outcomes in a hybrid work model nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field with 8 years experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical risks, architectural constraints, integration challenges, and competing stakeholder priorities.

Responsibilities

• Connect business priorities with product management, architecture, and engineering across regions to align roadmaps and priorities.
• Navigate complexity and ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value across EY-Parthenon.
• Represent the portfolio in governance forums, leadership discussions, and executive reviews, providing insight into progress, risks and value realization.
