EY-Parthenon seeks a Portfolio Manager for the OneEdge platform to align priorities across product management, architecture, and engineering. You will partner with regional leadership and service lines to ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value in a global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related work experience or graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
Experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or tech-enabled business transformation.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite.
Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong communication, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and be available beyond standard hours; commute to office location required.

Responsibilities

Drive the success of one or more portfolio areas by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption efforts.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities, identify and address challenges, and ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value.
Represent the portfolio in governance forums and executive reviews, providing insight into progress, risks, opportunities, and value realization.
