Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Portfolio Manager for its OneEdge platform, connecting business priorities with product management, architecture, and delivery teams. You will work across regions and governance forums to align priorities and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring measurable business value and strategic outcomes for EY-Parthenon and its clients in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with about 7 years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio success by connecting business priorities, product management, technology delivery, and adoption across EY-Parthenon.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to address business and technical challenges and to align priorities.
• Drive adoption and deliver measurable business value through governance, readiness, and executive-level reporting.
