Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Portfolio Manager for the OneEdge platform to align business priorities with product management, architecture, and delivery across regions. You will connect strategic goals with technology initiatives to deliver measurable value in a global environment.

You will work with executive stakeholders, drive adoption, governance, and readiness activities, and lead cross-functional teams to navigate complexity. Travel may be required; commutable distance to office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years experience or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Significant consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, or platform leadership experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with executive stakeholders/C-suite.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between business priorities, product management, and technology delivery across regions.
• Identify challenges, manage risks, and ensure adoption of OneEdge capabilities.
• Lead governance discussions, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate across Product, Architecture, and Engineering to realize business value.
