Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead one or more portfolio areas within the OneEdge platform, aligning business priorities with product management and technology delivery across regions. You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, leadership, and client success to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field; 8+ years' experience, or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• Experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, or portfolio management.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical risks, integration challenges, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, governance, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment of priorities, roadmaps, and technology considerations across regions to deliver business value.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, leadership, and client teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Represent the portfolio in governance forums and executive reviews, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
