Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the OneEdge platform in the US. You will connect business priorities, product management, and technology delivery to drive measurable value across portfolio areas.

You will work with regional and global teams, address complex challenges, and align adoption with strategic priorities. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, Data & AI solutions, technology strategy, platform leadership, enterprise architecture, product organizations, portfolio management, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning business, product, technology, and executive stakeholders/C-suite.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital products, data-driven capabilities, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical risks, architectural constraints, integration challenges, and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Strong communication, governance, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to address business and technical challenges.
• Ensure capabilities deliver measurable business value across EY-Parthenon.
• Represent portfolio in governance forums and executive reviews.
